These starter policies describe how DockTest typically runs rentals. The signed rental agreement for your order is the contract that applies.
Delivery: We deliver and set up in our service area. Power, space, and surface rules are listed on each item. If a site isn’t safe or suitable, we may need to cancel or relocate that piece.
Weather: We may delay, reschedule, or skip outdoor equipment when wind, lightning, or other conditions make setup unsafe.
Cancellation: Contact us as soon as plans change. Refunds follow the deposit rules shown on your quote.
Equipment care: You’re responsible for the rental while it’s in your care. An optional damage waiver may be offered at checkout when the business enables it.
